This scene is Noccalula Falls in Gadsden, AL. Noccalula was the beautful daughter of a Cherokee Chief.She was to be married to a Creek sub-chief to help secure peace between two warring tribes. But, she was in love with a member of her own tribe. Rather than be married, on her wedding day, she jumped into these falls to her death.
